Members of our team are registered as external experts in the list under Art. 229, para. 1, item 17 of the PpA and as such may participate in committees for conducting public procurement and procedures under the Public Procurement Act (committees under Art. 103 of the Public Procurement Act). Complete optimization of the processes for the preparation, conduct and implementation of the procedures under the Public Procurement Act, as well as its implementation through the electronic platform CAIS EOP;
Preparation of draft documents for public procurement procedures;
Preparation of tenders for participation in PPA procedures;
Direct participation as an external expert under Art. 229, para. 1, item 17 of the Public Procurement Act in the activity and work of the subsidiary body of the Contracting Authority (committees under Art. 103 of the PPA);
Review of compliance with the applicable community and national legislation in the field of public procurement of draft documents for public procurement award;
Review and optimization of internal procedures and documents concerning the process of preparation, conduct and implementation of the procedures under the PPA;
Assistance in working with the CAIS EOP electronic platform.
